Silly Flipover

Ella was cracking me up while Brooklyn was yelling at me for icecream (terrible twos have begun). She didn't know I was taping her, but I had to keep going because I had absolutely no idea what she was doing!!

Eating Icecream

She is trying to eat every last bit of her ice cream! She also loves to say, "You're welcome!"

Head Stand

Ella learned how to do a head stand at gymnastics tonight. She showed me and it was awesome so I grabbed the video camera. She was trying again to get it on tape but Brooklyn kept making her laugh by trying to do one herself:)

Snuggle Puppy of Mine

This is one of the girl's most favorite books to read...Snuggle Puppy of Mine. It's a song that says, "Oooo Snuggle Puppy of Mine...." Must be Brooklyn's favorite part:)

Dancing and Painting

Bubble Bath

We put bubble bath in the big tub and turned the jets on....whoa! There were bubbles everywhere! They were all over the place instantly! It was so much fun:) The girls couldn't stop laughing:)

Happy Father's Day!

The girls and I had fun making stuff for Josh for Father's Day:) Their favorite was a T-shirt with their hand prints. Josh LOVED it!! He wore it everywhere:) It was really cute. We walked a trail at Radnor Lake. It was so much fun! Brooklyn insisted on walking pretty much the entire 3-mile trail and sang the same verse of a Taylor Swift song over and over the entire trail:) Josh made Ella a walking stick which she of course loved! It was a great day! We love you Josh!!

Aunt Carol, Tanya, Brittany and Mimi Visit

My family from Florida came to visit last weekend! It was the first time my cousin Tanya and her daughter Brittany have met the girls. What a fun visit...my mom even flew in for the weekend too:) We went to the Country Music Festival in Nashville one day which had a bunch of shopping and live concerts all over the city. Ella scored herself a pair of super cute pink cowgirl boots:) Brooklyn ended up getting a cute horse purse which she now carries everywhere:) It so was so nice to catch up with the Florida family...thank you for coming to visit us!!

Brooklyn's Summer Camp

Brooklyn is going to start preschool this year at a church near us. They had a summer camp called Playcation last week where they did all sorts of crafts, played outside, and even had a petting zoo! She had so much fun! The first day when I dropped her off she was a little nervous but each day after that she asked me, "I go play? I go play?" Then she'd run in to her class not even turning to say goodbye! I think she is really going to enjoy school this year:)
On her way in to camp!
The church has a big indoor play area where the kids go crazy:)
Remember those things?!

Gymnastics

Ella started gymnastics this week and loves it! We are so proud of her!! She is really starting to break out of her shell and try new things, it's so much fun!
Ella is in the purple stripes...doing the balance beam:)
Waiting for Ella to be done, she wanted to go out there SO bad! She kept saying, "Mama, I go play?! I go play?!"

Summer Fun

Ella doing animal flashcards with Brooklyn:) She goes through each one and makes her say the name...what a great little teacher she is!
Brooklyn loves puzzles!
Uh oh....:) She hates diapers and takes them off each time she goes to the bathroom. Let the potty training begin!
New way to watch a movie:)
On our way to the big pool
Playing on our back deck

Snuggling on Swing

I heard the girls giggling outside and went to see what they were doing. I came out to find them snuggling on the swing and pretending they were asleep. Too cute:)

Nina's Visit

Josh's mom came for a visit to see the new digs! We had so much fun with her! We went into Franklin for lunch/shopping, planted flowers, and went to the pool often because it was high 90's and humid!! She is amazing with organizing/decorating so she was a HUGE help getting things in order around here!! I don't think I ever want to move again, it's too much work!! :) Thank you Nina!!
