Treasure Hunting!

Our neighbors turned us on to something called Geocaching. It is like real life treasure hunting and it's awesome! We have had so much fun searching for "treasures" with the girls! We log in to their website and along with GoogleMaps and GPS on our phone, it leads us to all the Geocaches around our area (or where ever we are at the time). Some of them are so well hidden that we have had to come back to them and look again! Some of them also have little trinkets in them which you can take and then add someting else for the next person to find. This weekend we found one hidden in a tree that had a dolphin necklace in for Ella:) She was so excited! Most of them have a scroll of paper which you sign and then put back in. Here are some examples of some that we have found this week.

Treasure Hunt #1 This one is in the camo container, under Ella's arm, hanging on the tree.
Treasure Hunt #2 This one was so hard! We had to come back to it a couple times because they disguised it so well with the electricity box that it looks like it was a part of the box...its a magnetic square on the back of it. Crazy!

Treasure Hunt #3 This one was inside of a picnic table by some trails at our house
Treasure Hunt #4 This one was hanging on the inside of a fence pole by the trails at our house

First Day of Junior K!

Ella started Junior Kindergarten this week!! She LOVES it!! When I picked her up, and asked how her day was she said, "I LOVE It! I love it so much that I want to go everyday even when I'm a mom and a grandma! I just love it mama!!" We're so happy that she likes it so much:) It's going to be a fun year!
