Nativity Scene

Ella wanted to play with her nativity scene toys yesterday while I was doing some laundry. I gave her the box and she yelled for me to come see it when she was finished. It was perfect!! I was so proud of her:)

Brooklyn Playing

Brooklyn is talking and smiling all the time now! She LOVES her playing gym. Her favorite toy on it is the lion:) She talks so much and then as soon as I grab the camera she stops...of course! I caught a little bit on this clip. Hopefully more to come later!

Ella's Christmas Program Songs

Ella has a Christmas Program coming up at preschool. She has been singing these songs over and over and over all month! But as shy as she is...we know the second she steps on stage she's not going to sing them at all!! We'll see, we are looking forward to it:)

Christmas Parties

Tis the season...Josh and I had back to back Christmas parties this past weekend...one Friday night and another on Saturday night. Wow...we don't get out much anymore so to have two late night parties back to back killed us!!! We were SOOO tired come Sunday, we were glad for the weekend to be over:) They were both a great time though. Ella decided to get ready with me one night and put on some lipstick, she did a great job don't you think?!

Gingerbread Village

I made a Christmas Gingerbread Village with Ella and her friend Taylor. It was the hardest thing I've ever made! The houses came in gingerbread sheets and you were supposed to break them all up and arrange 5 houses out of them. Well...some how we used all the pieces and only ended up with 4 houses. Not sure what happened?! It was fun though and the girls LOVED the frosting:)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Chris, Becca and Fisher came to visit for Thanksgiving. We had a great time just relaxing and hanging out. It was great to see them:) Fisher is so cute and such a sweet little boy, he always smiles! Ella fell in love with him and followed Aunt Becca around EVERYWHERE talking her ear off:) Brooklyn is doing much better these days and has been a lot happier too! She's also starting to have a 6 hour stretch during the night which has been awesome! Now if only I can sleep the whole 6 hours without checking on her with every tiny noise she makes!!
