Art Gala

Ella's school had an Art Gala with an auction to benefit Cystic Fibrosis. Each student put together a portfolio of different art pieces that they auctioned off to parents. This was Ella's:) We are so proud of her!! They had a little questionnaire that they asked each kid:

Snow Day

Finally some real snow! The storm came in Thursday and it was crazy! It dumped almost 2 feet of snow in town and everything shut down for two days! When we were little my mom always filled up water bottles with water and food coloring for us to spray on the snow. My brother and I loved it so I tried it with Ella and she thought it was the coolest thing ever!

Ella never used a binky when she was little but she found one in the drawer with all of her sippy cup lids and she likes to pretend that she is a baby sometimes and use it. It cracks us up:)

Disney on Ice

Me, my mom (Mimi) and my mother-in-law (Nina) took Ella and her friend Ty to Disney on Ice a few weeks ago. They had so much fun! It was about the Incredibles going to Disneyland so each scene had an exhibit of one of the rides there. We thought it would be a nice intro for Ella since we are going to Disneyland in a few weeks:)

Crazy Colorado Weather

We have been spoiled this winter with Colorado weather! It has been such a mild/nice winter, it's crazy!! This week it has been in the 70's which has been awesome! We have been so happy to get out of the house!!!

Dinner with Taylor and Addie

We went out to dinner with some friends the other night. Our friends Dillon and Jen just had a baby girl named Addision. They call her Addie and she is 2 weeks old in this picture! Ella and Taylor are both going to be big sisters in the fall and we were happy to see that they LOVED baby Addie:)

Kite

This is the first time Ella has flown a kite. She picked out a Barbie kite and was so excited to fly it! I told her she had to wait until a windy day so thankfully the very next day was really windy! It kept dive bombing her, it was hilarious! Then she got all tangled up in the tail of it and was done:)
